1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Laimon Bros prediction market platform, including our Telegram bot, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Laimon Bros (hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

“Services” means the prediction market platform, Telegram bot, mobile applications, websites, and all related services provided by the Company.

“Platform” means the collective Services offered by Laimon Bros through its various interfaces and applications.

“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

“Green Limes” means virtual tokens provided for use in the free version of the Platform, which hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for any currency.

“Yellow Lemons” means tokens used in the paid version of the Platform, which represent value within the platform’s ecosystem.

“Prediction Market” means any market created within the Platform for users to make predictions on future events.

“Smart Contract” means self-executing contracts with the terms of the agreement directly written into code.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Basic Requirements

To access and use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements that we outline in these Terms.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

The Services are not available to persons or entities in restricted jurisdictions. Restricted jurisdictions include the United States of America and its territories, countries subject to comprehensive sanctions, and jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited by applicable law. The Company reserves the right to modify the list of restricted jurisdictions at any time.

3.3 Verification Requirements

The Company maintains the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. The verification process may require you to provide additional information or documentation. The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services based on the results of such verification processes or if you fail to comply with verification requests.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information will result in account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including but not limited to selecting strong passwords and maintaining the security of any devices used to access the Services. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. PLATFORM MECHANICS

5.1 Prediction Markets

The Platform enables users to participate in prediction markets related to specified events or outcomes. All predictions are processed through smart contracts according to predetermined conditions. The Company acts solely as a technology provider and does not influence or guarantee market outcomes. Users acknowledge that participation in prediction markets involves inherent risks, and all decisions to participate are made independently by users.

5.2 Platform Tokens

The Platform utilizes two types of tokens: Green Limes and Yellow Lemons. Green Limes are virtual tokens used exclusively in the free version of the Platform and hold no monetary value. Yellow Lemons are tokens used in the paid version of the Platform and represent value within the Platform’s ecosystem. The accumulation, use, and exchange of these tokens are governed by the Platform’s rules, which may be updated from time to time at the Company’s discretion.

6. USER CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1 General Conduct

Users agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

The manipulation or attempted manipulation of prediction markets or their outcomes;

The use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services;

The creation or use of multiple accounts;

The provision of false or misleading information;

Any attempt to circumvent the Platform’s security measures or technological limitations;

The use of the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

The harassment of other users or the Company’s staff;

The interference with the proper functioning of the Platform.

6.3 Market Integrity

Users must maintain the integrity of prediction markets by participating in good faith and based on their genuine assessment of probable outcomes. The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including but not limited to freezing accounts and withholding tokens.

7. FEES AND TRANSACTIONS

7.1 Fee Structure

The Company may charge fees for certain aspects of the Services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to users before they engage in any activity that incurs such fees. The Company reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time, with notice to users through the Platform.

7.2 Transaction Processing

All transactions on the Platform are final once executed. The Company does not provide refunds for completed predictions or transactions. Users are responsible for reviewing all transaction details before confirmation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Company Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

The collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

10.1 Service Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
